The Project
Elcad Construction delivers a well-organized office fit out design for an 800 sqm logistics company, combining contemporary style with a structured layout to enhance efficiency and trust. The color scheme prominently features brown, symbolizing stability and security, with blue partitions in workstations to promote focus and productivity. Red and yellow accents in the pantry add vibrancy, fostering a dynamic yet balanced workspace.
The furnishings reflect modern functionality, starting with a postmodern laminated reception counter in the lobby. The CEO and COO offices feature custom executive desks, highback chairs, laminated cabinets, and mobile pedestals for an executive ambiance. The HR/Admin office includes white freestanding desks, clerical chairs, and filing systems, while the cashier area is designed for efficiency with glass-facing freestanding tables and clerical chairs. The conference and meeting rooms incorporate round laminated tables with ergonomic seating, ensuring a collaborative environment. The workstations are structured with partition systems, clerical chairs, and mobile pedestals, promoting an organized workflow. Meanwhile, the pantry offers freestanding tables with stackable red and yellow chairs, creating a relaxed yet functional space.
