For reaching the quota of the year 2016, the construction company in the Philippines, in partnership with 305 Travel & Tours, gave its hardworking office employees a wonderful opportunity to spend their winter vacation in South Korea from December 28, 2016 to January 1, 2017!
Upon arrival at the Incheon International Airport, Ellcad employees were welcomed by an English speaking tour guide and were led to their hotel for an overnight stay. On the next day, the employees left Seoul for Yeoju and enjoyed the tour around the Nam-I island, followed by unlimited rides at the Everland Theme Park.
South Korean dramas are the trend lately, and Ellcad employees were able to visit the Samtan Art Mine which is a major shooting location of the hit drama Descendants of the Sun during their third day! Of course, their winter trip in a snowy country cannot be complete without skiing! Ellcad employees were able to enjoy a ski tour as well as see the magnificent mountain views while riding a gondola!
For the fourth day of their winter trip, the employees went back to Seoul to visit historical places of Gyeongbok Palace and National Folk Museum, as well as pass by the Blue House, the office and residence of the South Korean President. They were also introduced to the bustling shopping area of Myeongdong to shop for some souvenirs and pasalubongs.
On the last day of their trip, Ellcad employees were brought to the Amethyst Showroom and Healthy Liver Shop. They were also ultimately given opportunities to make their own Bibimbap meal, learn how to make Kimchi, and try on some Traditional Korean costumes as a fitting way to close their winter Korea trip.
Although it was only for a short time, the winter trip to South Korea in 2016 is a memorable and fun experience for the Ellcad office employees.
