This office fit-out design is truly special, marking a longstanding relationship with a valued client. When we first met, they were a small team, and despite losing our initial bid, we remained connected. Nearly seven years later, as they expanded into an entire floor of Glas Tower in Ortigas, they sought us out to bring their vision to life. This time, we had the privilege of working together, creating a modern and functional workspace tailored to their needs.

The office design features a unique combination of materials—cement-polished flooring and open ceilings for most areas, while enclosed rooms have a carpet finish and acoustic ceilings for sound control. With a meticulous owner who was highly particular about colors and finishes, every detail required careful collaboration. This project was a true team effort, where both Elcad and the client brainstormed every element to ensure a workspace that reflects their growth and identity.
