Elcad Construction designed a 600 sqm condominium fit out with an urban modern style, blending trendy and industrial elements to create a dynamic yet comfortable living space. The color scheme features rustic tones, with warm browns on doors, curtains, and beds promoting a cozy ambiance, while beige and white on floors, walls, and ceilings add sophistication. This balance captures a countryside feel with a modern twist.

The furnishings include storage-integrated bed frames, wooden bedside tables, lounge sofas, sturdy coffee tables, and laminate kitchen countertops, all influenced by industrial design yet softened for a homey atmosphere.
