Elcad Construction delivers a modern office fit out design for a 600 sqm engineering company, combining functionality with a sleek, professional aesthetic. The black-and-white color scheme, often used in tech spaces, reinforces sophistication and high standards, while blue, violet, and mint green accents add vibrancy. The solid surface reception counter provides a spacious welcome area, while the operations manager’s office includes a freestanding executive table, highback chair, and discussion area with mesh chairs. The training room features a U-shaped conference table, divided by an accordion wall for flexibility.

The workstations incorporate a partition system with wide desk spaces and clerical chairs, ensuring an efficient workflow. The pantry features a bar ledge with city views, white-topped tables, stackable chairs, and provisions for vending machines, creating a comfortable break area for employees.
