Elcad Construction has once again redefined office fit out design by crafting an industrial-inspired workspace for a leading advertising company within a 450-square-meter area. This project presents a fresh and modern approach to industrial interior design, creating an environment that fosters creativity and productivity—key elements in the fast-paced world of advertising.

The design integrates a neutral color palette dominated by wood tones, earth hues, and accents of bright yellow, red, and green. The warm wood elements provide a sense of stability and security, while white tones brighten the space, enhancing the creativity of employees. Green reduces stress, yellow stimulates positivity, and red promotes communication, making them ideal for a dynamic workplace.

Carefully selected furnishings complement the industrial aesthetic. The lobby features a custom laminated reception counter, stylish seating options, and industrial-style lighting, setting a welcoming tone for clients. The conference room boasts a 16-seater laminated table with high-back chairs, while the general work area ensures a breathable setup with low partition systems, clerical chairs, and mobile pedestals. Additionally, the huddle area includes a floor-to-ceiling chalkboard for brainstorming sessions, stackable chairs, and a freestanding laminated table. Meeting rooms are designed for comfort with customized seating ledges and sleek freestanding tables.
