The Project

This completed Vietnamese Spa fit-out in BGC, Taguig by Elcad Construction represents a successful fusion of traditional aesthetics and contemporary wellness design. From the initial approval of design concepts to the final handover, the project was executed with precision and sensitivity to client vision. Warm wooden tones, soft ambient lighting, textured finishes, and verdant touches all contribute to the spa’s tranquil atmosphere. Each functional zone — including treatment rooms, herbal steam areas, retail displays, and reception — was thoughtfully designed to deliver a seamless, immersive experience anchored in Vietnamese-inspired serenity.

Beyond aesthetics, Elcad emphasized a structured and collaborative approach throughout execution. Early coordination with building management clarified timelines, access protocols, and safety standards, helping to mitigate risks and streamline on-site work. Although Elcad is better known for office interiors, this wellness project illustrates their growing capabilities in hospitality and commercial fit-outs. Their approach marries brand identity and purpose with build quality, offering clients a turnkey solution for creating distinct, meaningful spaces in the wellness sector.
