Fit Out Design #45
Fit Out Design #45
The Project
The design for this 300 sqm facility in Pasay City translates the core mission of water and waste management into a physical environment defined by clarity and environmental consciousness. Reception areas utilize a crisp blue-green palette to represent fluid systems, balanced against industrial timber and concrete finishes that provide a grounded, professional atmosphere. The spatial planning prioritizes natural light and organic movement, with workstations arranged to foster team synergy while specialized focus zones occupy the quieter perimeters. This visionary 3D design was recently completed as a full-scale office fit-out, successfully bridging the gap between brand narrative and functional architecture.
In the meeting and collaboration areas, the layout employs acoustic partitions and adaptable furniture to facilitate a high-performance work culture. The interior design incorporates subtle wayfinding cues inspired by the systematic flow of waste-water management, guiding employees and visitors through the office with intuitive ease. Beyond aesthetics, the project upholds modern green-office standards by integrating low-maintenance, high-durability materials and water-efficient fixtures. This commitment to longevity ensures that the workspace remains as sustainable as the environmental processes it was designed to represent.
