As part of its employee incentive travel program, Elcad rewarded its top-performing team members with a memorable 4-day winter trip to Beijing, China. This initiative reflects Elcad’s strong commitment to employee motivation and engagement, in partnership with 305 Travel & Tours.
Day 1: Starting the Journey
The team landed at Beijing Capital International Airport and started the tour with a visit to Kongfu Tea. They later enjoyed a local acrobatic show, had dinner, and checked in at Mercure Wanfang Hotel.

Day 2: Highlights of the Incentive Travel Program
Day two was packed with adventure. The team toured the Jade Factory, experienced Snow World Skiing Resort, and climbed the Juyongguan Great Wall. They also visited the Beijing National Stadium and National Aquatics Center, capped off by a relaxing foot massage.

Day 3: Culture and Connection
The group visited iconic spots like Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. They went shopping at Wangfujing Street, met pandas at Panda World, and explored the Summer Palace. The day ended with a BBQ dinner and a jewelry shop visit.
Day 4: Farewell to Beijing
On the final morning, the group departed Beijing, feeling refreshed and grateful for the experience.
