The Project
Ellcad Construction Corporation introduces the 3D Perspective Design for the 350-square-meter expansion of Suez International, delivering a sustainable corporate office interior tailored for modern environmental management operations. Building upon our prior conceptualization in Fit Out Design #45 and successful execution in Fit Out Construction #48, Phase 2 seamlessly integrates with Suez’s original footprint while expanding workstation capacity, executive offices, storage systems, and collaborative zones. Consequently, the layout balances operational efficiency with environmental responsibility to support the growth of a global leader in water and waste management.
The design incorporates linear open-plan workstation arrays with ergonomic seating, modesty acoustic partitions, and integrated wire management alongside glass-partitioned manager suites and conference rooms. To maintain clutter-free common areas, the plan dedicates space for high-density personal lockers, built-in wooden supply shelves, and centralized utility stations. Furthermore, Suez’s corporate identity is showcased through signature brand colors, custom frosted glass film, and large-format wall graphics depicting renewable energy and water treatment facilities, complete with a dedicated coffee nook for employees.
